Boiler Service Plans

"We needed our old boiler system replacing as it finally gives up on the weekend we had snow and freezing weather. We called yournewboiler.com and they got back to me promptly and I had a video quote which we accepted. Wayne explained every in clear detail. And within three days they arrived on time to take out and dispose of my old boiler system the engineer Nino did this work and installed our new combi boiler he was very professional and friendly, and explained clearly all we needed to know. Wayne turned up in the afternoon to give a hand with finishing off, and the installation was all done the same day. We were very pleased with the whole service we received they cleaned and tidied up when they were finished. I would be happy to recommend them to anybody. We now have heating and hot water again. Thank you."

"This was an excellent job. From the initial contact right through to completion. There was a slight hitch with the shower bar as it turned out to be a manufacturing fault. When reported WB Gas responded on the same date located the fault and the next day fitted a replacement. The service from the whole team was excellent but I must mention Alex by name his work was excellent (the pipework is superb ) and he set my mind at rest when the shower was wrong. Well done!"
