With WarmaHome Service Plans you can have true peace of mind, knowing that if there is any problem with your heating or hot water, we’ll be ready and on hand to support you when you need… and unlike many other home care providers, with WarmaHome there is no excess payable!

Your boiler service will be annual. You will receive a notification to let you know when it’s due and we’ll book you in right away.

It starts on the day your application is accepted and processed. Your monthly subscription will be set up through GoCardless. There is an initial 14-day time period from the start of your contract where a repair request cannot be made i.e. in the case of pre-existing problems.

WarmaHome Care Plans are available based on the following eligibility criteria:

  • Homeowners and landlords
  • All residential properties
  • Natural gas and LPG installation

Our packages include cover for us to carry out your annual boiler service as a basic yearly cover through to our advanced packages which includes repairs to your boiler, full central heating system including gas pipes, plumbing pipework, electrics and toilets. Please see details of our full packages for what is included and what is not included.

We will provide a direct number to a technical engineer. We can then advise you in relation to any aspect of plumbing and heating including topping up boiler pressure, adjusting your heating controller or programmer and bleeding your radiator.

12 months, Auto Renews unless you decide to cancel.

After your payment has been processed you will receive a welcome email which will include our full terms and conditions. A member of our team will contact you to arrange for Wayne or a technical engineer to survey and service the boiler and provide you with your welcome pack which will include full details of the package you have chosen.
